Rashmita is a development professional with more than thirteen years of experience working with the Government of India, different state governments and with national and international development organisations. She has worked across sectors of urban management, with a focus on gender mainstreaming, social Inclusion and inclusive sanitation.
Rashmita holds a post-graduation degree in English language and social work and a MBA in rural management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. She has also worked in areas of water-sanitation in Srilanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. rashmita@umcasia.org
