UMC focus has always been on bringing change by professionalizing systems at the level of local governance. We have utilized our expertise in supporting governments across the globe. It has been mainly by organizing and coordinating study tours, workshops for capacity building of the municipality staff and mayors. UMC has designed programs laying emphasis on good governance in urban areas, heritage conservation, solid waste management and water supply systems while sharing learnings from Indian cities at the same time.
