Karunamoy Agnihotri has been an integral part of the UMC team since 2007. With core specialization in finance, accounts, procurement, logistics, general and contract administration, he has over 20 years of experience in financial management and administration of donor funded programs. He has vast experience of working for non-governmental organizations, including prominent organizations like Janadhar.
He has also worked for the Indian School of Micro Finance for Women (Ahmedabad), Mott MacDonald (UK), CARE India etc. Karan’s key tasks include setting up budgets, monthly forecasts, cash flow, financial planning and analysis, accounting and administrative systems for monitoring and control of day-to-day transactions, FCRA and donor reporting overseeing banking functions and interacting with donors. He is CWA from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India. He has cleared inter-CA of the Chartered Accountants of India. karan@umcasia.org
