Rishika Srivastava is a lawyer exploring ways to make our cities more equitable and sustainable. She graduated from the 2020 batch of the Institute of Law, Nirma University and has practiced with senior advocates and law firms to better understand how laws and organisations intersect. At UMC, she has contributed to program design, social mobilization, institution building, policy implementation, and governance. She is currently managing UMC’s education projects and capacity building and training vertical. Her key skills include communication for diverse audiences, bridging the gap between policy design and implementation. Rishika has also received certificate from the London School of Economics for completing their professional development course on Public Policy Analysis. Rishika@umcasia.org
