Arham is a development practitioner with a keen interest in migration and urbanisation. A masters in Development and Labour Studies from JNU, she has worked on-ground with migrant communities of Gurugram for the past two years. She has developed the processes and managed the program for rights and entitlements of migrant workers ranging from getting them linked to various government schemes to capacity building of community members.
Arham is also a theatre worker and believes that theatre is a great way to bring reform into the society and engage people in critical thinking. Arham@umcasia.org
