Sneha Maria Varghese has an MSc in Urbanization and Development from the London School of Economics, a bachelors degree in architecture from NIT Trichy, and a PG Diploma in Sustainability and Built Environment from the Anant Fellowship program. She has 2 years of work experience with non-profit organizations in Bangalore and Ahmedabad and has worked on projects such as the AMRUT Masterplan 2040 for Thanjavur, Kumbakonam and Pudukkottai, the NUDGE Research Innovation Grant supported action-research on ecological resilience in urban villages of Ranchi, and an advocacy project on enhancing access to skilled jobs for women construction workers. She is passionate about addressing the interlinked challenges of gender and urban inequality and she aims to grow and develop as a feminist urban development practitioner. sneha.m@umcasia.org
